    Page break: Does not display when being followed by a form collapse and the status is open

    Hi there,

     

    When I add a page break to my form, it causes the 2nd page (ie the one you get to when you click "next" to be cut short and miss the remainder of the form. 

    I have attached a screen shot for you.  The form shouldn't end there, there are other options that appear fine when you delete the page break.

    Hi,

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/40843625273859 and I see conditions setup to it.

     

    The condition setup on the form is possibly also the one dictating what will be viewable on the form.

    Please check the conditions if they are properly setup as you intend them to be.

    You can also check the conditions by removing first the page break on your form. Base on your description, is it correct to assume that all condtion logic work before without the page break?

    Please inform us if issue remains.

    Hi Jonathan,
    Yes, all the conditions are working ok . In fact none of the missing fields have any conditions attached to them. The form is visible to the end when you delete the page break, but when you put it in the last part of the form in including fields for customers name and email address etc are cut off and do not appear.

    @Dave,

    Base on my investigation this happens when Page Break is being followed by a form collapse and the status is open. This will not work on last Form Collapse on the form and since End Narita minibus is the last form collapse on your form it does not show.

    I have forwarded a ticket to our developer team to furhter investigate on this issue. We will notify you once the issue has been fixed.
