    Hi,

    Please try re-embed the form to your website using the iframe code instead.

    Use this guide -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Inform us if issue remains even after doing this already.

    Thanks.

    I have trouble with the bottom of the form being cut off also.  I'm embedding using the iframe code.

    @skolafotenia,

    I can see that you are still using the regulare embed code. Have you embedded the form using an iframe?

    When you embed your form using an iframe you can adjust the height to fix the form being cut off at the bottom. Try embedding this to your website:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/40145716384353" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:600px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hi, there everything is ok just a CSS problem making the form problem. .

    form-all { background: url("https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/6332_bg_envelope.png") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

    float:left;

    height: 578px;

    padding-left: 54px;

    padding-top: 0 !important;

    width: 480px; }

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> delete the --float-- i meant make it --

    .form-all { background: url("https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/6332_bg_envelope.png") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

    height: 578px;

    padding-left: 54px;

    padding-top: 0 !important;

    width: 480px; }

    I can see the problem is present in Chrome, in Firefox it looks fine.

    You were told to embed the iFrame code rather than the script type one, please see   How to get-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    -Make sure you first remove the currently embedded code.

    -Make also sure to increase the hight to 600 px,before pasting the code into your webpage, as advised above.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/40145716384353" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:600px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Also, if the still do not work, make sure you remove the script portion that comes with the iFrame version so you just leave what it is between the iframe tags
