    I have done this and does not work? I don't have a PDF document at all.

    Hello,

    I have cloned your form and did test submissions. I was unable to recreate the issue from my end.

    Could you kindly try to delete the current Notification, and add a new one? Then, please try to submit a real dummy submission.
