We are using JotForm for service trip volunteer applications. Is there a way to get our logo onto the form without making it a part of the application itself? Preferably in the top right corner.

You can easily add an image to a form. Open the form in the form builder and then just select Image from the power tools panel. Follow the wizard to add your image.

Yes, you can insert an Image field into your form and upload the logo file of your company.
Under Power Tools toolbox on the left side, drag and drop "Image" field to your form. Then select from one of the 3 options to insert your logo:
... then follow the instructions in the Image Wizard.
If you have a copy of the logo file in your local drive, you can choose the second option (Upload Image File). Click Next. Then upload the file and click Close.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
