    Shipping address not showing up when live — only Billing Address is showing up.

    There seems to be a problematic condition attached to the Shipping Address. Kindly update or remove it and see if it makes any difference.

    Thanks, that took care of it...

    A couple more questions:
    1. Is there an auto fill option?
    2. Is there a way to offer review the form before submitting? When I added the widget, it removed the SUBMIT BUTTON... so I deleted the widget and now there's a line that says: Please run the wizard above the submit button?? it doesn't show up on the backend only the final form.
