I have a generated code for PayPal that allows automated billing.  On the jotform site...it does not allow me to set up the account without using subscription and that option is not allowing but 1 subscription.  My customers have 5 different options to select...ex:

    1000 Messages 125.00 monthly

    2000 Messages 225.00 monthly

    3000 Messages 325.00 monthly

    4000 Messages 425.00 monthly

    5000 Messages 525.00 monthly

and this has been set up using my generated code

So I dont know if I should use the html preference...and if so..if i use this ...how will my form still be submitted through jotform

It is not possible to directly use the code generated on paypal site to use on your site. However, using JotForm's PayPal integration wizard you can create the exact same options on your form.

Add PayPal button under Payment Tools on the form builder, then follow the wizard. You can create a list of monthly subscription and define their price. Here is a short tutorial on PayPal Forms:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms

The only difference is that you should select "Sell Subscriptions" instead of "Sell Products" on the second page of the wizard.

    Enjoy!

    Hi,

To my knowledge, yes, a subscription is always a recurring one unless the customer cancels the subscription via his/her Paypal account.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

As far as I know, recurring subscription is only available for Paypal account holders. If your customers order the subscription using your form, then choose the option "No PayPal account?Use your credit card or debit card" and fill out the credit card details, they will be redirected to a Paypal registration page with a message at the top saying "Signing up for a PayPal account will be required to complete this purchase".

It is a Paypal policy, I think, since there would be no easy way for a non-Paypal account owner to cancel a  subscription which is processed by Paypal.

    Hi,

Like what was mentioned by Aytekin, you cannot use the code generated by Paypal on your form. You should just stick to our Paypal integration tool.

    Thanks!
