It seems as if my account has been deleted

    We have another jotform on our website directing to a T-shirt order form.  

    Additionally, I paid for the upgraded subscription and I have the receipt for that as well.  

    Here is the link to the jotform that we have been using for our t-shirt order forms. 

    It seems as if my account has been deleted or something.  This needs to be remedied effective immediately.

    I checked your form and the account where it is hosted and itthe status of both is fine:

    As you can see the status of your account is already in PREMIUM and is active. So, can you please let us know if you can log in to your account? Are you getting any error while trying to log in?

    Kindly try to clear your browser cache, that may help in case that is an issue related to the browser.

    Let us know if the issue still persists from your side.
