    Hi Jonas,

    You can login to your JotForm account. Once logged in, go here:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users

    Make sure you are logged in to your account first before opening the link. If you have a free account, you are entitled to create only 1 sub account. Just type the email address of the person you want to give access to your forms. You can also set the restriction, give them access to receive submission or even grant them access to edit the form as well. The person will be notified via email that you gave him/her access to your forms, he/she needs to create an account.

    @Jonas

    Sharing forms with sub-user accounts is a good solution. However, if all what you are looking for is to receive the email notification of your submission in two different email addresses, then all you need to do is put both ( or as many as you need) email addresses separated by a comma in the Recipient email field of the notification settings:

    Here is a guide that will give you the detailed explanation of this workaround: Send notifications to multiple recipients

    Please inform us if you need further assistnace with this inquiry.
