Who can access my forms? If I choose, can several people receive the submissions. Does JotForm tabulate the results automatically? Let me congratulate you on a very user freindly and efficent tool!

    Hi ComArqCorresponsabilidad,

Thank you for your inquiry and for your inspiring words about JotForm!

Once you embed your form into a live website, anyone can access your forms. You can, however, make use of a workaround in order to install a basic password protection for your forms using Conditions and limit access to your forms only to specific group of persons.

By default, form submissions are sent to the email address that you used when you registered to JotForm. But you can change this and you can also send it to two or more recipients

JotForm tabulates results automatically and you can access it by going to the Submissions Page of a certain form. You can even export an Excel or CSV copy of your submissions that you can save in your computer and use offline.

Rest assured that we'll not stop in improving our product and service. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Thank you once again and enjoy using JotForm!

To clarify - if the form is not embedded in a live website, does it then remain private and hidden from search engines etc.?
