I am not sure what is going on, however I can not view any submissions outside of the inbox (which does not give me the most up to date information). I would like to be able to view the submissions as a list. Please advise ASAP.
Also, I have many customers complaining that they are unable to submit some of the forms, it is ramdomized between all 3 that I have created. Please advise. As they were working fine a week ago.

You can view the submissions from the submission control panel as shown on this guide.
About the form which your users cannot submit on - please tell us more about it on a new support request/thread by clicking this link.
This is because we can only handle a request at a time for support threads.
Let us know whether you can view your submissions better now.
