Hide Empty Fields on Emails not Working

Hello I have "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" but it is not working.  We are seeing all fields on emails.

I have cloned and tested your form and it seems that there's some cache problem. To fix the issue just disable the Hide Emply fields then submit a form then enable back and try to make another test submission the hide empty fields will now start to work. We apologize for any inconvenience.
