Reset SSL Submission Count

How can I get the ssl submissions reset?  I do not understand how I had a paid subscription, that I just received an email that it was downgraded today and yet I am credited with 10 ssl forms and 18 regularr forms.  I would assume that it would start at 0 when the subscription ended and paid forms would not be counted as ssl.

I would like the form submissions reset as I do not want my form disabled as an email stated it would be.

I've performed a reset on your account's SSL count. Please note that this is a one time reset. If you need to continue using your account on Free status and you expect to receive more that 10 submissions, I would suggest to use your forms with in standard form.
