    SugarCRM Integration for My Forms

Asked by veritascredit on July 27, 2011 at 05:26 PM

Im currently using Jot Forms as it is the best from builder i've found! seriously.

I am also using an open sourced CRM SugarCRM and i would like to intergrate my froms into sugar,

I currently have few simple web forms as well as more indepth service agreements that i have my clients fill out online it would be extremly awseome if that infromation either went directly into my crm and created a new lead or uploaded the sigend services agreement(posibbly a pdf) into the clients folder.

Thanks again for all your great work!

    Sincerly,

    Hi there,

Thanks for the good feedback on Jotform.  Unfortunately there is no straight forward way to integrate Jotform and Sugar CRM as you've outlined.  However, Sugar CRM does expose it's API (link here), so in theory it is possible.  However there are a few steps involved.  Firstly you would need to set your form up to POST data to some web page on your own server.  Here is a useful link on how to do that:

Once your web page has the data from jotform, you can use it as a bridge to connect to Sugar CRM by making a web service call to their API.  It's fairly involved so I would recommend getting a web developer to help you.  if you need any further help with it, please let me know and i'll do my best to walk you through it.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
