    E-Mails Are Not Being Received

    I've missed a number of e-mail from form submissions over the last week and my last one was April 4th.  Is there something going on?

    I'm not too sure if you are referring to the form: 32535031296854. Please acknowledge this if this is not the case. 

    This is the lastest message being logged on our Email server:

    I would suggest to try changing your Sender Email Address from mccullydba@yahoo.com to noreply@jotform.com to check if you do receive emails through that standard configuration.

    I edit the form and run an e-mail test which is successful.  Still not sure why I'm not getting e-mail to my Yahoo account since April 4th.  Other e-mail is coming to me from other sources and the form database is registering new submissions.  The submissions are the only way I know people are using the form.

    Hi Dwayne,

    JotForm did have issue with Yahoo mails few days back, but it had been rectified since.

    So, I am not really sure if it still is the issue on your case.

    If you need to really use your Yahoo mail, and have no other e-mail option available, you may try using SMTP mail via Mandrill service. Refer to this guide
