    Hi Natacha,

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

In order for us to look into this deeper, we would need additional details such as the form's URL/id, the website's URL from which the form is embedded, and any information we might need. If you can do so, that would be great.

We will be waiting for your response. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi Natacha,

Thank you for the information. Let's see what we can do.

After replicating your issue on our end, I've checked the form's URL embedded in your site. I've tried sending a test email and it seems that it doesn't count as a secure submission as it is added to your Submissions. Please refer to the figure below.

The problem might lie to your clients. When filling out your form, being conscious to their security, they might have appended an "s" to "http://www.jotform......" making it "https://www.jotform......" which counts as a secure submission for JotForm. The best thing that you can do is to  wait until our system resets your account giving your form 10 SSL submissions again, which happens every month. Or, much better, you can upgrade your account to our paid plans if you want to.

Hope this helps. If you do have further issues, please feel free to contact us again.
