Google Spreadsheets Integration Not Working

    Still having trouble getting submissions to post to this form.  I have removed and added the integration.  But new submissions are not posting to the form.   Please help!   Thanks!

    I have cloned your form and integrated it to my google spreadsheet account. I have been able to get the integration to work. But it did only after I removed the parenthesis from the field that contains them. Please verify this by trying the same steps on your form.

    -Remove the Integration

    -Rename the Field with Parenthesis so it no longer contains them.

    -Recreate the integration
