Text Area field not being included in the e-mail notification

    Hello I am so happy to have found your site.

    I am still working with iWeb, but hey we cant all be geniusses.

    I have created a form with jotform and i am very happy to see how easy it was and that it works.

    The only problem I have is that when I ad a text area it does not tranfer to the email when submitted.

    I wonder why??

    Hi Vincenzo,

    The reason for the text area field not being included in the submissio e-mail notification could be because the textarea field is no longer up to date or included in the Notification E-mail template.

    To fix this, you can just re-create a Notification E-mail using the Add New E-mail button in the E-mail Alerts


    Refer to this guide also -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    When new notification e-mail is created, it automatically updates and refresh the connection of all the fields in the form to the Notification E-mail template.
