Hi! We use a Jotform called "New Customer Registration Form" to register new clients.
It worked with the link: https://form.jotform.com/210546997819169
Yesterday one of my employees tried to make an edit to it, and now our form and all of our data looks to be missing :-(. Looking at our account (buckmanvet@gmail.com) it looks like we have no forms at all and nothing in our inbox.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Restore the old form? Do I have to start fresh and recreate the whole form?
Thank you so much for your help!!

Hi buckmanvet,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked your account and the form you are looking for is in the Archive tab.
You can go to My Forms > Archive > More > and click Unarchive.
I hope this guide helps you and please let us know if you have further questions.
Thank you,

to "Form not found".
I have it published and I have it enabled. Is there another step to revive
it.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help!!!!!!
