How can i see the submissions?

I'm trying to see what informations that were submited, but the page does't show anything and by the integration that we have with google spreadsheet i know that we are receiving, also i want to see the page os submissions to make a backup

Kindly logout from your account, clear your browsers cache and cookies for Jotform then login again. Make sure that you are using our preferred domain for your location which is www.jotformz.com. You can also use www.jotformpro.com since you are paid user. Kindly try that and let us know for the results.
