I will not be running another class for a while. How do I discontinue the monthly fee?

    I tried emailing you from the email that was on my paypal description but it was returned.

    If you get stuck, let us know, and we shall cancel the subscription (#78345212) for you.

    Dear friends:


    Before I received your response I had talked to Paypal and they cancelled the payment.  I hope this was o.k. with you.  I'm glad I did because I don't understand the illustration.

    I like the jot form and hope to use it again in the future.

    Hello Shelly,

    Upon checking your account, I found that your subscription is not yet cancelled and your account is still premium. 

    I have now cancelled your subscription manually.  You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until May 13, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
