"The information you are about to submit is not secure" error when submitting a form with payment integration.

    Hello,

    I published the form I created and when I send employees the link to the form it shows an error. I have attached a photo as a reference. Please help me understand why this occurs.

    Hi Christine,

    Can I confirm if you have embedded the form to your website, or are you sending a link to the standalone form?

    Can you confirm that the URL address includes https instead of http at the beginning of the URL?

    I am using the embedded link provided under the tab "PUBLISH" specifically the direct link from the form created.


    The link is https://form.jotform.com/211584494625159. We have had issues with this and continue to say, "the information you're about to submit is not secure."

    Hi,

    Thank you for the further information.

    I cloned the form and was able to replicate the issue.
    When the form is submitted, the form redirects to a http page instead of https:

    Removing the payment widget from the form did seem to solve the issue, but when adding any of the payment integrations back, the issue appeared again.

    I have escalated this to our developers. We do not have an estimated timeframe, but as soon as we have any updates, we will inform you on this ticket.
