I received only few submissions and my account is almost full.

I was under the understanding that i could get up tp 100 submisions per month but after aonly a few it is almost full.

 

Do I have to chnge my form in some way?

Hello cjack,

Free account can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL and 10 payment submissions. If any of these limits are reached, all your forms will be disabled. Upon checking your account, I found that you have exceeded the allowed submission limits. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 11 SSL submissions.

I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and removed your account from downgrade. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms URL and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts. You should not use your form's secure embed code.

Here are the steps to get your form's non secure embed code:

1. Load your form in editor.

2. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab from the toolbar.

3. Click on "Embed Form"

4. Ensure the "Secure Form" checkbox is unchecked. Please check the screenshot below:
