I received an email (below) stating I have limit of 20 submissions and my forms will be disabled soon. Your website pricing section specifically says unlimited form submissions? So which is it? It's false advertising to say its unlimited but then disable after 20. Please explain. Email you sen't me below.

Thanks for seeking our assistance regarding your concern. I searched for accounts linked to your email address and found out that you only have what we call a Guest account. I'm certain you don't have a JotForm username and password since this type of account doesn't require registration at all. Note that the Guest account is only given 20 regular submissions per month.
You should convert your account into a Free account in order to enjoy the following free of charge:
JotForm username and password
100 regular submissions
10 SSL submissions
10 payment submissions
100 MB file upload space
unlimited forum support
unlimited number of forms
To do so, please click here for instructions on how to 'upgrade' to a Free account. Remember to ue the same email address so that the forms you created using the Guest account will be carried over to the new Free account.

I created the upgraded free account. Thank you so much for the response. My fingers are crossed I hope it recognizes my email address and switches it over :-)
