Form disabled

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    we created and embeded a formular which is suddenly not visible anymore.

    If I try out PREVIEW, a notice appears, something like 'The form is temporarly not available'

    I checked your account and  your form was disabled. To enable it please go to My forms>select your form and click more > Enable form:
