I have taken over a website for a softball team (lady wolfpack) which was created years ago. I need to change the email address to a form that was created. I do not have the ID or password to login in to change the emai address. Currently the email it sends it to is firstname.lastname@example.org and I need to have the form now sent to email@example.com. This is the form that was created.
Please let me know if there is anymore information I can give you to be able to make this change. We are currently going through tryouts and the forms is being sent to the wrong person.

I apologize but due to security reasons, I cannot grant your wish. What you can do instead is register your own Jotform account then import or copy that form to your newly registered account. Refer to the link below to learn how to import a form:
Afterwards, update the form's embed codes in your website if it is embedded, or get the imported form's URL if you use the standalone form.
To get your form's url, click the Preview button while in edit mode:
