Conditions not working - need assistance

Can anyone assist me with regards to this form? I'm not sure if the condition is correct.

It seems that when I select the first or third level, the corresponding sub-limits won't come out.

Level 2 is okay, the corresponding sub-level 2 will appear underneath.

It seems like the Less and Greater than signs is causing the issue to your form. I changed it to their actual names and that fixes the issue. Kindly check again.
