HIPAA: Unable to access for submissions and edit form on the builder page

    I would like to know why my Jotform has issues accessing my submissions.
    I am currently on the FREE healthcare worker plan. Do I have to upgrade to get better bandwidth so we can continue with COVID testing.
    the service goes down everyday in the morning EST.

    right now, the forms keep refreshing and won’t let me edit and make changes.

    please help to solve this issue.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We had an issue earlier that has affected the ability to load forms on the builder page of HIPAA-compliant accounts. The issue was escalated immediately to our developers and we already got an update that the issue should be fixed.

    Please test on your end if you are still having an issue loading the forms under your account on the builder page and do not hesitate to let us know so we can check the issue further. As for you not being able to access your form submissions, may we ask that you confirm if you are still having such an issue on your account, please? And, are you experiencing the issue when you check your form submissions on the Jotform Tables, Inbox page, or both?
