Patients will submit an enrollment form but I am not getting notification that they did. How do I fix this?

Hi, I checked the email address used for submission notifications (firstname.lastname@example.org), and it is not in our bouce list. Have you checked your spam folder?. You may white-list our domain names if the issue persists.
