Appointment field: slots free up when they shouldn't (entry not permanently deleted)

    Also- I used to be able to delete people's order after I took care of their order and the time slot still be unavailable and I liked it this way, to stay organized. Now when I delete their log after taking care of their order, it is opening that time slot back up and allowing another customer to place an order and this isn't what should be happening. I hope this all makes sense. Please help, this is extremely inconvenient!

    I checked your form, as well as the appointment function in general. It seems the appointment slot is freed up once an entry is deleted. It is supposed to remain occupied until the deleted entry was permanently removed from the trash folder.

    I have escalated this to our development team for additional review. While I cannot provide an ETA as to when they might have a resolution, you will be notified here of any updates.

    Now, as a workaround to keep your submissions ordered in the meantime, you can add a column where you can note if it has been handled or not:
