Why can't I log in?

    I have set up a form and have received entries via my email address (sarah@vivenda.com.au) and I just did a test and received an email still. But I have just tried to log in and it isn't recognising my username/password and when I try to do the "Forgot password?" link  I put in my email address and it says no user has been found with this email address.

    Help!!!!

    Hi Sarah,

    Upon checking our records, we found a match for your email address but only for what we call a Guest account which doesn't require any registration. This is different from the regular JotForm Free account because you need to register in order to have one. 

    Please go to our Sign-up Page and fill out the form to register for a JotForm Free account. Just don't forget to use the same email address when registering so that the forms you created in your Guest account will be copied into your new Free account.
