how recipients can have a copy of their form

    I have your HIPPA compliant version and need to know how recipients can have a copy of their form after they completed and returned back to me.

    It seems you're referring to the account Kimberly_Kirk.

    I'm not sure I understood your requirements correctly.

    Do you want your recipient to save the progression of the form they are filling and get back to finish/submit the form?

    Or do you want to assign the forms to your recipients?
