Some computers will download images off of notification email and other get a 404 error

    I am having an interesting issue, in our form we have a space to take a photo, this photo is then attached in the notification email. When opening the notification email you can click the image icon to download and view it however this is only working on one machine in our office. All other machines will take you to another URL address that says Error imagine not found. How do i allow all machines to download and view these photos?

    Hi Damon,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    In order to download the photos on other machines of your office, you will need to log in to your Jotform account on each machine because the photos are stored in your Jotform account, and downloading the photos need access to your Jotform account.
