Scale rating and airtable

Hello,

Is a scale rating one that can be integrated into Airtable? I tried using the "number" selection for airtable base, but then when going back to jotform to connect, it is greyed out.

Please advise. If it is not, what is the next best alternative?

The scale rating type is not supported by our Airtable integration. However, as a workaround, you can make use of the star rating value. You can pass the Star Rating value into a Short Text Entry field, and then map that Short Text Entry in the integration.

- Add the Short Text Entry field. You can also hide it in the form.

- Add a condition to pass the value.

- Map the Short Text Entry field in the Airtable integration.
