File not opening

    I received an email this morning, I’m assuming it’s in regards to a Covid test I took yesterday afternoon, I am not able to open the file, it’s says not available. Now I’m not sure if it’s just not available yet or something is wrong, please let me know!

    This happens when the form owner disables access to uploaded files in their account.
