My Jotform says I don't have space but I just deleted a bunch of my forms and only have a couple forms now. What else can I do to get more space?

I only have 2 forms with a total of 100 submissions combined. Before I had about 7 forms with hundreds of submissions so I don't understand why it just now is saying that I need to upgrade and the current plan no longer supports me.
