Hello,
I'm wondering if there's a way to take out photos on the PDF that is generated in the autoresponder email when someone completes a form.
On the form I'm working on, I attached a photo to each item, so the PDF shows every photo, even for items that weren't selected when someone fills out the form (because the photos aren't registered as "form fields" I guess).
That makes it confusing when people fill out the form and receive the autoresponder email with the PDF attached, because it might make them think they selected all the items. So, is there a way to eliminate the photos entirely from the PDF? Attaching a photo of what I mean (the only item selected in that example was carrot seed, but there are photos of the beans, etc. as well)
Let me know--thanks!

These photos are separate Image elements in your form so they will always appear on the PDF regardless if their associated textbox field is filled or not. You can manually edit your PDF Document and remove these images if you like. Here's how:
1. Load your form in the PDF Editor or click this link https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/213615155318149
2. Click each of the images in the PDF and then delete them. Example:
After that, the images should no longer appear in the attached PDF on autoresponders/notifications.
