I'd like my form to accommodate multiple children in a family.

I need to have all the children in one family registered on one form. I was wondering if the first child (and all their necessary info) would be on the main page, and then have the option to add additional children as they need that would pop up when you choose 'add child'. I also need all the children to be listed together when the form is printed out.
