Is there a way to "undo" the answer on the 1 question based on the 2nd question ?

And even if I have notice on my form it keeps going on to the next page.

To confirm, you want the user to change his answer for 1st question once he/she chooses No in your 2nd question. Is this correct?

If so, you might consider adding the condition below so that the user won't be able to go to the next page not unless he/she changes his/her answer.
