Hi I want to change when I click the submit button to go to a purchase order to enable us to make any adjustments in price. and then how do I notify the customer of the change in order he can make payment

It's not possible to switch between the two payment integrations for paypal to purchase order on the same form since you can only have and use One Payment Tool per form.
The only way that we currently have for you to to bypass impartially would be to turn it into a Multi-Payment Form. However, Please note that technically they are two separate forms so even if you changed it after submission it would still be separated based on the option.
As for your Notifier, There are 2 types - Email Notification which is set up to go to your email address and then theirs the Autoresponder that goes to the customer. When the submission has been edited then it would send a copy to both anyhow because it has then been resubmitted so it works as normal.
