workflow approvals

    Hello there!

    we are using the approval flows now and they are working great, except we are running into one issue. Sometimes people forget to approve or deny and the open request just kind of sits there.


    is there any way that the approver can get reminder emails that they have forms awaiting approval? if so, how do we set that up?


    what is the best way for them to see what pending approvals they have?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Yes, you can enable the option to send a reminder email after a certain period of time by going to your approval workflow and through approval properties. You can also customize the reminder email that is being sent to the approver by clicking on the edit button.

    For them to see assigned approvals, They would need to go to the My Approvals, and under 'assigned to me' will show the form and the number of approval they have on their account.
