hi, I have a form and would like to integrate with highrise.. but need contact and note.. seems like one one action can be done for each form.. is it possible to make 2 actions?
also one an integration is done it cannot be canceled :S i need to delete the form and create a new one

You should be able to add more than one field to the integration. Do make sure to properly map the fields on your form with the fields on your highrise account. If you mean having two or more integrations, it is also possible. For example, having a Google Spreadsheet integration while having an integration with HighRise or any other service can be achieved.
Once you have created an integration you can reopen the wizard you configured the integration. This time it should show a red button on the bottom left corner that should allow you to remove the integration. If it does not appear do try clearing your browser's cache and login back in to your JotForm account and retry the steps to remove the integration.
If you are not getting the red "Remove Integration" button, it could also mean that the integration was never made. So you might need to try re-doing the integration.
