Is there a way to offer review the form before submitting?

    Is there a way to offer review the form before submitting? When I added the widget, it removed the SUBMIT BUTTON... so I deleted the widget and now there's a line that says: Please run the wizard above the submit button?? it doesn't show up on the backend only the final form.
