Creating a drop down or (+) that goes to another form?

    Hello!

I am looking to create an option where when someone selects a number, that many 'mini' forms are created with separate questions for each space. For example, if I say I have 3 mugs, but the 1st is going to be painted with stars and the second has glitter and glow and the dark and the last is pink. But then if I were to only select 2, then I would be able to customize only 2 mugs. Does this make sense? Please let me know the best way to communicate this idea through Jotform. Thanks!

    Hi,

You can create Smart Forms using Conditions in your Jotform. Please follow this link for more information on Jotform Condition.

Another option would be populating a form with data from another form using URL-parameters.
