Hello and let me first say how AWESOME jot form is!!!  Couldn't live without it.  2 quick questions, I use forms for voice recordings from my students.  Is ther anyway to input hiddent html and have it show up in the emailed submission?

Example:  I insert the following HTML text, "Student Name: Jimmy   Email: jimmy@gmail.com    Answers:  Lima, Delta 4, Wind 312" and hide it within the form.  I setup the email submission after student presses submit to come to my inbox only.  I was hoping the text "Student Name: Jimmy   Voice Lesson 1    Answers:  Lima, Delta 4, Wind 312" would show up in the emailed information so I can do a quick grade and not have to make the student input thier name and email address each time.

Thank You for your comment about our platform. Now, In regards to your question yes all of that should show up in your email notification including the file. You just need to make sure you have the notification set up the way you want it and include the tags which if you create a new notification it should automatically include those anyhow.
