Hi, Could you help me with a case?
A customer chose an item on our form and in the confirmation email I received another item.
See that the email he received for confirmation and the email we received at the company has different items.

Hi there - Thanks for reaching out to support.
As I understand, you are referring to the Notification and Autoresponse emails in the attached screenshot.
If this is the case then let me inform you that I have found this difference is found in your Notification and Autoresponse template emails. See the screenshots attached below:
You need to make changes in your email template for Notifications and Autoresponders. You can update/change the email template for notification/autoresponders as shown in the following guide.
