    I know we have an enterprise account. Last night I signed into our "WJCottrell" account under the old version of Jotform. Under all forms I created two new forms

    IU Title: Seller Information Sheet

    IU Title: Buyer Information Sheet

    I am experiencing the following problems:

    1. When I try to get to the Advanced Designer to change the header colors the screen doesn’t fully load to give me access
    2. After Building the sheet, when I click Preview, I cannot see the changes. IT looks like the old form.

    Finally, I would like to create a new enterprise account for “Investors United Title Corp.” and have your team Copy these two forms and place them under this new account.

    Thank you for contacting us, this might be due to the form cache so I have cleared your form cache from our server-side, could you also please clear your browser cache and try again by following this tutorial:

    Once done please test again and let us know if you require any further assistance.

    Hi Collin, Still have the same issue with the Advance design screen not fully loading. I tried this in Google Chrome and Firefox and am getting the same issue.

    In addition, I have updated the form in BUILD but when I toggle to "PREVIEW" none of the changes make there way over.

    Finally, I need to figure out how your team can clone these two templates into a new Enterprise account for us. The enterprise team cannot help yet. They need your team to make the transfer as they don't have access.

    Is all of this possible?

    Ok Colin, I think I know the issue. I think the fact I trying to do this on my non enterprise account while I have an existing enterprise account is creating the issue. Notice if you click the preview URL it takes you to a URL for my enterprise account.

    We're you able to clear your browser cache? Do you experience this as well when viewing the form on another device?
