Missing submission data on some forms

    Now, I also sent in a question regarding some of my forms not being
    accessible. Will I continue to have access to forms that have already been
    filled out? I have several forms I need to download, but they are not
    showing up on our forms, just says "Submission 1" "Submission 2" etc with
    no data. For all of 2021.

    As mentioned, I have moved your concern to this thread. Going back to the issue, is this happening on all your forms or just on certain forms? Can you please provide us with the URL of the forms where this issue is happening? You can check this guide for more details on where you can get the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url/

    Also, are the data missing when viewing them either in the Inbox or Tables? Even if we refund and cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to a free account but you should still have access to your forms and their data.

    so when I went to find the submission number, and followed the directions
    sent, I was able to access the forms I was missing. Its all just very odd,
    and not incredibly explanatory how to get to the forms. Now that I know
    how to access them, I think we are ok.
