How can we combine our forms into one form/link?

Hello,

We have three required forms for students to complete in order to register for Grad Night. We would like our forms combined into one document/link. This way, when students sign up, they are moved through all forms without having to click on another link. This will reduce the number of "missed" forms submitted.

We have tried a number of times to combine the forms and have been unsuccessful. Any suggestions?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

There are 2 ways you can achieve this.

First, you can manage all 3 forms into 1 form. You can use our Field Manager to manage multiple form fields at a time. You can combine 2 forms at a time. You will need to combine your form A and B first and then the combination of A and B with your form C.

You can use our Combine Submissions to combine form data and export it as a CSV file.

The second option would be Redirecting the user to other forms as soon they have submitted one form.

You can apply it by simply going to Settings > Thank You Page and selecting Redirect to an external link after submission. Enter the URL of the forms in order to redirect the users to one after another Forms. Only showing Thank you page at the end of the third form.
