Changing Payment Tools - Warning Question

I am getting this warning "If you delete this question, you'll lose the associated data.
Are you sure you want to proceed?"

why am I not ofered this optiopn

"Would you like to keep the products to be used with another payment gateway?"

Before attempting any changes on your original form. Please clone your form and attempt the changes through there. I do believe this is happening as you already have submissions on that form.

The submission data will not be associated to the new fields generated if you change the payment tool. That is the reason as to why it warns you that submission data will be lost.

Cloning the form and modifying the payment tool will work, I have cloned your form and it does ask me, "Would you like to keep the products to be used with another payment gateway?"

Doing this creates a whole new form. I have links sent out for the orginal form and it is embedded in my sites is there a way to make those links open the cloned form

Unfortunately you cannot use the original URL to call a clone URL.

If you have no option but to change the Payment Tool on the original form, I would suggest to first export the original submission data you have on your form, so that you can continue using the embed code and the links you originally sent out.
