How do I make the form that is received by e-mail look more like the initial submission form?

    Just sent a test form to myself and the content looks like this on ly all flush left.  How do I make it look more like the original submission form....doesn't have to be a mirror image, but closer than this would be nice.  Their are sections that will require signatures and It will look better if it looks somewhat like the original form.

    First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

    You can make your email notifications similar to your form's layout or any format you want. This is done through HTML editing in your JotForm Notification Email wizard.This provides you with an infinite number of designs.

    In your Email Alerts, under the Setup & Embed tab, click HTML and edit the appearance of your email notification. Hope this helps.
